Terms & Conditions — 100cucu Platform Agreement

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 100cucu ("100cucu", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://100cucu.org ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game, betting product or promotional offer on the 100cucu Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the 100cucu Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 100cucu Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.Eligibility

Use of the 100cucu Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 100cucu strictly prohibits participation by persons under 21 years of age in any gaming or betting product on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from the 100cucu Platform or any other licensed gaming operator under an active exclusion order.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

100cucu reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where proof cannot be furnished to 100cucu's satisfaction, access to the Platform will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending verification.

3.Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 100cucu Platform, you must register a player account. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and current. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly upon any change.

• One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one active 100cucu account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
• KYC Verification: 100cucu is required by its licensing authority to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You consent to providing identity documents, proof of address and source of funds information as reasonably requested by 100cucu.
• Account Ownership: Your 100cucu account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 100cucu Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit Methods: 100cucu accepts deposits via approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20 and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method as displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your 100cucu account and which is registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Verification Requirement: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 100cucu targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated for each payment method, but does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months ("Dormant Accounts") may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as notified to the account holder. Remaining balances on permanently dormant accounts will be handled in accordance with 100cucu's dormancy policy available on request.
• Chargebacks: Any chargeback request, payment reversal or dispute filed by a user with their payment provider in bad faith constitutes a breach of these Terms. 100cucu reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse any associated bonuses, and recover the disputed amount from future winnings.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

100cucu may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all 100cucu promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements which must be completed before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active per account at a time unless 100cucu expressly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are only available to users who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit, unless designated as a no-deposit promotion.
• 100cucu reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies or other improper means — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of any derived winnings and potential account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6.Gaming Rules

Each game category on the 100cucu Platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo and all other table games), crash games and lottery — is subject to the specific rules displayed within that game or game category. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by live physical game equipment, both of which are independently audited for fairness under 100cucu's licensing requirements. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error or malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, 100cucu reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account balance.

7.Sportsbook Betting Rules

The 100cucu Sportsbook covers a range of sporting events including but not limited to football (including EPL, UEFA Champions League and Malaysia Super League), UFC/MMA, basketball, tennis, cricket and esports. The following conditions apply to all sportsbook bets placed on the 100cucu Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 100cucu does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under these Terms or the applicable event rules.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to automatic suspension of markets during certain game events (e.g., goals, red cards, injury time stoppages). Bets placed before an automatic suspension are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or suspended before completion, 100cucu will apply settlement rules in accordance with standard industry practice for the applicable sport, as detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
• 100cucu reserves the right to limit, restrict or suspend betting for any account that demonstrates patterns consistent with professional arbitrage, exploitation of pricing errors, or other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the betting product.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100cucu Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age
• Registering or operating more than one 100cucu account
• Use of automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors knowingly
• Money laundering or use of the Platform for any illegal financial purpose
• Providing false or misleading identity or payment information
• Any conduct intended to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited

9.Suspension & Termination

100cucu reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) identity or age verification cannot be completed; (c) fraudulent, abusive or irregular activity is detected; (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (e) a user has self-excluded or requested account closure.

Account closure does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations to 100cucu, including any amounts owed as a result of bonus abuse, chargeback or other breach of these Terms. Verified balances not subject to wagering restrictions will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable period following account closure.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cucu and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 100cucu Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory.

100cucu does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform at your own risk. 100cucu's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the 100cucu Platform — including but not limited to the 100cucu name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, data, design elements and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 100cucu or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or commercially exploit any 100cucu content without prior written authorisation.

12.Privacy

100cucu collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 100cucu account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement.

13.Responsible Gaming

100cucu is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss caps, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion to help users maintain control of their gambling activity. 14.Amendments to These Terms

100cucu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory authority. Your continued use of the 100cucu Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
